10s Animation Update
Latest pass of the mantis sculpt, probably final:
First pass and PBR painting of the mantis in 3D Coat:
For some reason when rendering with Renderman in Maya with the PxrDisney material, if I leave metal texture set to 0 (black), the roughness texture seems to be ignored and it renders super shiny, but if I set the metal texture to the black one from 3D Coat, the mantis renders like rough metal.
It’s like something is inverted, but all the textures look correct in Photoshop.
